By booking with Zanbudget Tours & Travel, clients agree to the following terms:

 

Bookings

All bookings must be confirmed in writing via WhatsApp or email. A deposit may be required to secure services such as accommodation, transport, or safari arrangements.

 

Payments

Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or other agreed methods. Full payment is required before the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed.

 

Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance before arrival.

 

Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to weather conditions, park authority regulations, flight schedules, or safety reasons.

 

Liability

Zanbudget Tours & Travel acts as a local tour coordinator and is not responsible for delays, injuries, losses, or damages caused by airlines, hotels, or third-party service providers.

 

Travel Insurance

All travelers are strongly advised to have valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.

 

Acceptance

Booking with us confirms acceptance of these terms.
