Refund Policy

Deposits are required to confirm safari bookings, accommodation reservations, and special tour arrangements.

 

Cancellation more than 14 days before travel:

Deposit may be partially refundable depending on supplier policies.

 

Cancellation within 14 days before travel:

Deposits may not be refundable due to commitments with hotels, park permits, and transport providers.

 

No-show or last-minute cancellation:

No refund will be issued.

 

If Zanbudget Tours & Travel cancels a confirmed service due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive either a full refund or alternative arrangements of equal value.

 

Refund processing times depend on payment method and supplier policies.
